The “Sword” is the word of God. The Band of Brothers' “No Matter the Cost” Brotherhood Sword is a reminder of the importance of us taking up the Armor of God. You need brothers to help you be victorious in the battles ahead, but most importantly, you need to be armed with the “Sword of the Spirit” (the truth of God's Word) to become who the Father intends you to be.

This sword is modeled after the sword used by King Henry in Shakespeare's classic play Henry V, where the term "Band of Brothers" was first used.

The inscription on the sword is the Greek translation for “No Matter the Cost” - the original language that Luke 14 (which describes the "cost of discipleship") was written in.
