This pendant is a monument of the covenant we have made with God to make our wives our greatest priority in our lives outside of our relationship with Him. A temptation of a man is to not move towards his wife but to emotionally withdraw from her. As taught to us by Dr. Larry Crabb, Adam was present when Eve was being tempted, but he did not make a move to rescue her - to protect her. This weakness of man is part of the fall, but we are committed to fight against it. A Jonathan/David relationship should never get in the way of the relationship with our wives. In fact, the core human challenge from a friend or brother should be to fight for the spousal relationship. She is the beauty who has been bloodied by the wounds of life. We are being called by our King to be willing to lay down our lives to rescue her. Of course the marriage relationship often feels like a battle. Our most important human relationship may cause us the greatest scars and will certainly be hard-fought. Satan does not want this relationship to survive because it is central to your mission.

Available in both gold and silver. As you know by now, all the Band of Brothers Rings are gifts to close friends. We want to keep the price of this gift as reasonable as possible. Also, we don't want the situation where some men can afford to buy a "gold" ring for a friend, while another man can afford only a "silver" ring for his brother. We want all the brotherhood to wear the same ring. So our jewelry comes in silver only.
